How do I determine my size?
BUST - Measure around the fullest part of your bust. (Without a bra)
WAIST - Measure around your natural waistline keeping the measuring tape snug.
HIPS - Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
How do I find my appropriate size after making my selection?
Reference the size chart for each manufacturer. The size charts are located at the bottom of every page under our Customer Service category.
Find the size that corresponds to your measurements and make your selection from the drop-down menu in each product description.
(Hint ) If your size is in-between - we recommend choosing the larger size.
Record Your Sizes and reference them when making your selections.
Do you accept orders over the phone?
Yes. If you feel uncomfortable placing your order online we will be more than happy to accept your order over the phone. You will still receive the same online benefits such as order status, online tracking and payment confirmation.

Our Internet Store is open 24 hours/7 days a week. If we are unavailable to answer your call please leave a message or send us an e-mail. We monitor our site throughout the day and promptly respond to all inquires.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after making my purchase?
All (not in-stock items) will be ordered from the manufacturer. It generally takes approximately 3-6 business days for us to receive your merchandise from the factory and then we will immediately ship to you. Total time is approximately 7-10 business days for you to receive your order.In the event that your merchandise is not available, we will immediately contact you via phone and/or e-mail. We encourage our customers to provide accurate wear dates and contact information at checkout. This will enable us to assist quickly with your order.All (in-stock items) will ship either the same day, or next business day via USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Service.
What if the item I order isn't in stock?

What if my package is lost or damaged during shipment?
If your package is lost or damaged during shipment we ask that you immediately contact us via phone. We will research the shipment with our carrier and immediately issue you a replacement.
What is your return policy?
By purchasing merchandise on our web site (www.atrvb.com), or physical store location (All The Rage, 1556 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23451) it is understood that we do not accept returns, issue exchanges or offer store credits. Yes. Our store is located at 1556 Laskin Road in Virginia Beach, VA
What is your layaway policy? (IN STORE ONLY)
If you would like to place an item on layaway there is a $5 layaway fee that is added to the price of your purchase. We require an initial 1/3 deposit at the time of sale and the remaining balance will be due at the time of pick-up.
Layaway items will be stored for a period of no more than 60 days. Should you fail to make final payment during that time your deposit will be forfeited.
Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes, we ship worldwide via the United States Postal Service. We offer two shipping options. Global Priority Mail (approximately 7-10 business days) for $40.00 and Global Express Mail (approximately 5-7 business day) for $50.00. Your shipping charge includes delivery only. Some international countries may charge a customs fee or duty tax. These are fees not charged by us, but rather your countries customs office. Should you have any questions regarding potential customs fees please contact your local customs office, or postal service.
